How to Pronounce "Dueñas"

Many people ask: "how do you say your name?"  There's the right way to say it, and the wrong way. I usually get lazy and say it the wrong way. Here goes:

It's actually Dueñas with an ñ (this letter is pronounced "en-yeh") thus, it's

"Dwen-yas".

However, pronouncing the hard 'a' gets annoying, so I often resort to "Dwen-yes" or "Dwen-iss". "Duane-iss" is fine, in fact, I usually say "Duane-iss".  I'm not too picky really, but under no circumstance is it "Duane-ass" !!!

And yes, the plural is "Dueñii".
